Congratulations to the Cosmopolitan Toronto Centre Hotel and Spa on achieving the HAC Green Key Eco-Rating!

At the Cosmopolitan Toronto Centre Hotel and Spa we are true supporters of any program that supports the environment!

These daily efforts ensure that both guests and staff enjoy being at the Cosmopolitan but make sure that everything we do does not hurt the environment.

The Hotel Association of Canada evaluated the Cosmopolitan Toronto Centre Hotel and Spa and based on the results of the Green Key Audit, the Cosmopolitan
Toronto Centre Hotel and Spa has been awarded 4 GREEN KEYS.

According to the Audit the hotel that has shown national industry leadership and commitment to protecting the environment through wide ranging policies and practices. Mature programs that involve management, employees, guests, and the public have shown substantial and measurable results.

The Green Key Audit consists of a broad matrix of questions related to the following nine areas of sustainable hotel operations:

• Energy conservation
• Water conservation
• Solid waste management
• Hazardous waste management
• Indoor air quality

The Hotel Association of Canada (HAC) thanked the Cosmopolitan Toronto Centre Hotel and Spa for its participation in the HAC’s Green Key Eco-Rating Program and was pleased to recognize our accomplishments in environmental management and corporate social responsibility.
