Do you have parking?
Valet parking is available thought the hotel for $33.00 per night with full in and out privileges. There is also a self parking lot, a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, however prices do fluctuate according to the time and in and out access is not available.

Do you have room service?
Yes, room service is available from our Eight Wine Bar kitchen during dinner hours.

Is Internet complimentary?
There is a $12.00 per day for WiFi access.

What is the best way to get to the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Spa from the airport?
As it is over a thirty minute drive from Pearson International airport, we do suggest taking a taxi or using our town car service. Both should cost around $75.00. There is also the Airport express shuttle for $16.95, that picks up from terminal 1 and 3 only, however they drop you off about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Please contact our lifestyle specialists if you would like us to arrange a car for you.
To return to the airport our town car service is a flat fee of $55.00 that can be paid by all major credit cards.

Do you offer currency exchange?
US currency exchange is available at the front desk for American to Canadian dollars only.

Are local calls free?
A $1.43 connection fee is applied for all local calls including all 1-800 numbers

Where is the Spa?
The Zen-like Shizen Spa is located on the 4th floor. Be sure to arrive early for your appointment so you can relax in the solarium. Bring a bathing suite if you’d like to take advantage of the hot tub.

Is Breakfast complimentary?
For some reservations breakfast is included. Please enquire if this applies to your reservation.

When is Breakfast served?
Monday to Friday 7am – 10am,
Saturday and Sunday 8am – 11am.
