The Lifestyle Team is here to take care of all of your needs while you relax and enjoy the dynamic and diverse city of Toronto and the many amenities the Cosmopolitan has to offer. Our mission at Cosmopolitan is to shelter our guests from the hectic pace outside our doors. One of the key services that we offer to each guest to assist with our mission is our Lifestyle Specialist.

A Lifestyle Specialist handles any and all guest requests in a prompt, professional and gracious manner. Our revolutionary concept was born from the traditional position of Hotel Concierge, however, because the modern traveller has new and evolving needs, is busier than ever, but wants to maintain some balance in their life while travelling, we invented the Lifestyle Team. . From the simplest request of a bucket of ice, or as common as connecting a traveller to their office network, to the creation of a memorable romantic evening, your Lifestyle Specialist will take care of it all.

Because we handle all of your requests personally we never miss anything. Our Lifestyle Specialists have the right connections and experience and can usually anticipate a guests needs even before they know they have one.
